⚠️ Emergency Alert 05-30-2025: ***Garbage pickup on South Ash*** Thompson Sanitation will be picking up garbage for residents on South Ash first thing Monday morning before construction begins! Please make plans to have your garbage bin out on the curb the night prior to avoid getting missed for pick up. ALSO, those affected by the construction. Please get your address on the top of your garbage and recycling bins using a piece of tape or a sticker that you can write your address on so that your bins can be delivered to the correct residence after pickup when they are brought by construction to the designated pick up areas.

Notification of Accessibility of the Service Line
Materials Inventory City of New Richland

The City of New Richland has completed and submitted our service line materials inventory to the Minnesota Department of Health. The service line inventory is publicly available, and you can check the materials for your service line by visiting the Lead Inventory Tracking Tool (LITT) at https://maps.umn.edu/LSL/ you may also contact us at 507-465-3514. To complete the service line inventory our system performed record review, community outreach, and/or visual inspections.

As of October 16, 2024, our inventory contains 0 lead, 13 galvanized requiring replacement, 10 unknown material, and 494 non-lead service lines.
