- Complaints with a valid address are reviewed during normal business hours
- Your name and contact information is confidential and not shared with the public or violator
- Code enforcement is complaint-based. You must submit a complaint to start an investigation
- Due to workload, complaints will be processed as soon as possible
Non-Emergency Line
Do not submit animal, on-street parking, burning, fireworks, or noise related violations online. Staff will not follow up on these types of complaints submitted. You must report these types of violations while they are occurring by calling the 24-hour non-emergency police number at 507-465-3240 or 507-835-0500.
