The City of New Richland is rolling out a new Utility Billing.  Starting next week we will be moving our utility billing over to PAYA.  If you currently have auto-pay setup with PSN, you will need to setup new autopayments on our new payment service network.  Please note that this new payment service network does charge 2.75% for credit card transactions and $1 for ACH checks.  Payments can still be made by check through mail to city hall or paid with cash during normal business hours.
