2025 Street & Utility Improvement Project Open House #2

Please join us for the second neighborhood open hosue for the 2025 (Ash Ave S, Broadway Ave S., 4th St SW,
& 3rd St. SE) Street & Utility Improvements Project on Thursday, February 27th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the
New Richland Community Room, 203 Broadway Ave N, New Richland.

This meeting will be an open house forum with no formal presentation.  At this meeting, the project team will present the proposed construction limits, the project schedule, and the preliminary assessment role.

The preliminary assessment role is based on estimated costs of the project and applying the City's assessment policy.  The final assessment amounts will be approved by the City Council prior to construction in May of 2025.  The project team will help answer any questions relating to the preliminary assessment role.

PROJECT TIMELINE:

December 2024-March 2025: Final Design and Construction Documents
March-April 2025: Bidding
May 2025: Assessment Hearing
June 2025: Construction Begins
June 2026: Construction Final Completion
