Emergency Alert 10-05-2026: Flood recovery assistance available in New Richland
Residents impacted by the recent flooding are invited to visit the Disaster Assistance Center in New Richland to connect with resources and get help navigating the recovery process. A Disaster Assistance Center brings government agencies and other partners together in one location, making it easier for residents to ask questions, learn about available assistance and connect directly with resources that may help with recovery.
Representatives from Waseca County, Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management division (DPS/HSEM), Minnesota Department of Commerce and Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) will be available. Nonprofits are expected to be available as well.
Location: New Richland Fire Dept (203 Broadway Ave. N., New Richland)
Hours: Monday, Oct. 5, and Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 1-7 p.m.
